Agreement T&C

1. Eligibility


The services of Teox Global are available exclusively to individuals who meet the following criteria:  


- Must be at least 18 years of age.  
- Reside in a location that permits the use of USDT (Tether) and supports cryptocurrency transactions.  
- Have basic knowledge of cryptocurrency and its associated risks.  

By using this platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Payment Methods and Refund Policy 


- Payments on the platform can only be made through cryptocurrency, specifically USDT and other supported options.  
- All transactions are final. No refunds or cancellations are allowed once a payment has been processed.  

 

3. Changes to Offerings


- Teox Global reserves the right to modify or discontinue any of its services or investment plans. Changes will apply to both existing and new users. Users will be notified of these changes via the platform prior to implementation.

4. Warranties and Disclaimers


- Teox Global does not guarantee uninterrupted or guaranteed profits in cases of global disasters, World War III, economic recessions, or other unforeseen events.  
- By using the platform, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

5. Intellectual Property and Privacy


- All content on the platform, including text, graphics, and system designs, is the intellectual property of Teox Global and is protected under applicable copyright laws. Users are prohibited from copying, modifying, or distributing any platform content.  
- Personal information is encrypted and protected to ensure user privacy. Teox Global does not access or store sensitive personal information.

6. Suspension or Termination of Accounts


The platform reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate user accounts under the following circumstances:  
- Involvement in criminal activities.  
- Fraudulent use of the platform.  
- Violation of the Terms and Conditions.  

No appeals will be accepted following account suspension or termination.

7. User Responsibility and Credentials Management


- Users are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials. Teox Global does not have access to user passwords.  
- In case of forgotten credentials, users can request password recovery, which will be processed only after verification of recovery information.  
- It is the user’s responsibility to keep recovery information accurate and up to date.
